The Canelé is a charming French restaurant in Los Angeles, where you can find tasty yet unpretentious food, in a cozy and intimate atmosphere.
On Sundays, it is the perfect place to eat a very anglo-saxon meal in the French style: the brunch! Promise, you will just love it. Served à la carte, it offers a variety of dishes, from the most classic to the most raffinate ones, in order to suit everyone.
The traditional eggs come en cocotte, fried, omelette... All with various fillings: shrimp, horseradish, cheese of goat, tomatoes, mushrooms...
For other dishes, there is a wide range of possibilities: braised leeks, bacon and fried egg with romesco on toasted baguette, burrata heirloom tomatoes, red onion and soft herbs, house-made fennel cured salmon with crème frâiche on pumpernickel... And many other typical dishes!
Fancy some dessert? Thick french toast, baked pancake with meyer lemon custard, ricotta coffee cake... Choosing has never been so difficult!
And if you would like a cocktail, you will not be disappointed either!
