Cured is a well-known restaurant in San Antonio especially for its well prepared meats. On Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. their weekly brunch takes place. The atmosphere is very cool the dining room is airy and there is also a nice spot outdoor.

The brunch menu is divided into several parts. The first one is the charcuterie composed of rillettes, pork butter, pork pate and many more. You will also find a vegetable part with daily juice, vegetable chop salad or a vegetarian selection. The plates part includes meals such as cured breakfast, pig cheek poutine and New Orleans BBQ shrimp. The menu is also composed of desserts, soups, sandwiches and dishes a la carte.
