Indeed, it preachs for the protection of the environment by recycling all paper products, aluminum, glass and plastics and by limiting waste. Moreover, it wants to serve high quality food. You can eat a wide selection of brunchs: eggs benedict, tofu, omelet... The food is good and tasty, it's delicious!
