There are delicious croissants and pains au chocolat: ot and crispy, these French specialities go perfectly with the American dishes. The chef, Alain Giraud, worked in France for several restaurants (in the Michelin Guide) before moving across the Atlantic. Impossible for this chef to forget its motherland!
The brunch is à la carte, you have the choice between many dishes. For pastries, the Maison Giraud offers croissants, chocolate buns, breads with raisins, ham & cheese croissant, brioche, muffins.... As for the courses, there are salads, sandwiches (the famous steak sandwich for example), a variation of eggs cooked to your convenience, and accompanied by bacon, sausage, or smoked salmon (eggs Bénédicte). The croque monsieur, a Parisian emblem, is also present.
Finally, for desserts, discover the waffles of the brioche. Fruit juices and hot drinks are also available à la carte.
