Silo is a restaurant offering brunch every week-end. The place is very elegant, clean, open and very light. The kitchen is also open then you can observe the preparation of your meals like a show. Meals are as elegant and good as the place is.

The menu’s first part is starters where you will find chicken with fried oysters, calamari, tuna tartare or crab cake. Then there are the entrees. Including eggs, salmon, chicken or angus burger. The dessert part is composed of chocolate mousse, coconut pie and crème brulee. To accompany your meal enjoy a bloody mary, a mimosa or a fresh squeezed OJ.
