Smoke is a restaurant in Dallas and a new location opened in Plano a few months ago. The decor is cute and can be qualified as upscale rustic. There is an open kitchen and you can see everything that’s happening.

The brunch menu begins with the good morning part including handmade biscuits, smoked salmon or granola parfait. There are also some cured and smoked meats like the artisanal pork ham. You will also find some lunch and BBQ plates like the grilled chicken and avocado salad or the BBQ pork spare ribs. The menu also includes some BBQ sandwiches like the lemon and sage brined turkey breast.
