Located in San José’s Lincoln Avenue, Vin Santo is an Italian restaurant. On Sundays it proposes its weekly brunch between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. The food is cooked by Italian chef Umberto whose primary objectives are freshest, highest quality food, service and ambiance. The place is quite simple and the decor is nice and cozy.

The first part of the menu is Eggs Benedict prepared under different forms like the classic, algranchio or Italian mafia. Then you will find the brunch superstars such as chicken fried steak, Lincoln avenue fitness brunch or the willow den hangover. You can also create your own omelette with more than 20 ingredients to choose from. To accompany your meals, Vin Santo proposes bottomless mimosa, bloody Mary, screwdriver and champagne.
