At Friedman, you can create your own brunch by choosing as many dishes as you want from the menu. All dishes are tasty and there are many gluten-free options to choose from. For instance, their famous pancakes (served with blueberry or chocolate chip) and milkshakes (chocolate fudge brownie, mint Oreo or Vanilla S’Mores) are all gluten free. Among many other dishes, the menu offers housemade granola, French toast, chicken chilaquiles and brick chicken. The restaurant is located in the Theater District of New York, at the Hotel Edison.
