El Bolero is a Mexican restaurant in the Design district which proposes brunch every week-end. This is a cool joint with smooth accents and abundant space. The food is made following recipes from each part of Mexico.
The food is very good and partly made by hand like the tortillas and gorditas. In the Barra Fria part you will find dishes like carpaccio de salmon, tartara de atun or fresh seafood platter. The Antojitos part includes guacamole con totopos, jicama or flauras de papa y chorizo. You will also find a cheese part, a soups part as well as tacos and sides. The platos part includes enchiladas verdes, pollo con mole or callos de acha con salsa. The desserts part is composed of poached pears, flan or churros. To accompany your meal there is a wide selection of wine by the glass or by the bottle.
El Bolero is one the best Mexican restaurant in town and so is their brunch.
