On Sundays at Copelands in Jacksonville, it’s brunch time ! From 10 AM to 3 PM, the very nice staff welcomes you in their lovely facility for a great buffet.

You will find Beignet Station, Roasted Prime Rib & Honey Ham Carving Station, Peel & Eat Shrimp and Crawfish Boil, Copeland’s Made to Order Omelet Station with 21 ingredients, Brioche French Toast & Belgian Waffle Station with 10 toppings including Bananas Foster, Fresh Fruit & Homemade Whipped Cream.

There is also a breakfast part with Seasonal fresh fruit, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage links, applewood Smoked Bacon, Brabant Potatoes, Famous Buttermilk Biscuits, Copeland’s Cheese Grits, freshly baked Danish & Muffins.

The classics part is composed of Jazzy Wings & Jambalaya, Wood Grilled Chicken, Chef’s Specialty Salads, Crispy Fried catfish, Slow Cooked Red Beans And Rice, Macaroni & Cheese, Fresh Steamed Vegetables, Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Red Hot Potatoes.

The sweet tooth will love the brunch grand finale part. It is composed of Chocolate Pecan Brownies, banana bread pudding, Chocolate Tower with Assorted Dippers, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Fresh Baked Cookies and Creole cheesecake parfait.

To accompany this great buffet champagne and mimosas are available per glass or bottomless.
