At Orsay, the staff strives to provide a warm dining experience without pretense in a bustling, fun atmosphere with smiling, attentive service. The location is as the main goal of the restaurant, simple, cool and without pretention. The brunch is served from the a la carte menu on Sundays from 11AM until 4PM. The goal here is to develop a menu balancing the offerings between breakfast options and lunch options.
In the menu you will find some libations like Bloody Mary, Sangria or Mimosa. Different style of eggs, one, two, three or ten dollars. The House-Made Charcuterie part includes country style pate, trois foie mousse, Berkshire pork rillettes and charcuterie plateau. Then come the Hors d’Oeuvres part featuring house made pastries, mussels, roasted oysters, steak tartare, biscuits & gravy, smoked king salmon confit, Portobello mushroom terrine and lobster mac n’ cheese. The Raw Bar part is composed of oysters, shrimp cocktail, sea scallop tartare and marinated calamari. Some Soups & Salads are also available with dishes like onion soup, orsay salad or roasted chicken salad. Some sandwiches are there too, croquet madame, hamburger and Orsay burger. Omelets are well represented too with fromage de chevre, epinards et tomates, jambon, lardons et cheddar, champignons et gruyere and homard et truffes noires. Finally, in the entrees part, you will find quiche du jour, duck confit hash, wild local shrimp & anson mills grits, eggs a la Orsay, bourbon & orange french toast, steak & eggs, chicken fried eden farms Berkshire pork chop, prince eward island mussels frites, Carolina trout, steak frites, beef stroganoff and Orsay meatloaf.
