Brunch Sushi Kappo Tamura

As its name states, Sushi Kappo Tamura is a sushi place in Seattle. Located on Eastlake Avenue near Ship Canal Bridge, this spot offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 11 am and 2 pm. The decor features clean lines and a lot of natural wood for a clean, classy, modern result that could be qualified as Japanese chic. The atmosphere is cool with a nice view on the kitchen and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The first part of the brunch menu is Lunch Gozen with three different possibilities with Asa Gozen, Hiru Gozen and Nigiri Gozen. All gozens include: hijiki nimono, tataki gobo, tori jaga, steamed rice, miso soup and yuzu yogurt panna cotta. the second part is made of combinations with Bara Chirashi, Sushi Combo or Sashimi Combo. A noodles meal also exist, the Nabeyaki Udon.

The beverages part includes sodas, coffee, tea and beers (non-alcoholic or alcoholic).
