Roux is a spot located on Seattle's Fremont Avenue. This place offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The chef and his team take the flavors, ingredients and style of Creole food and bring in Pacific Northwest influence and classical French training. The combination of these three different cooking styles make for truly unique, memorable, and most importantly delicious experience. The decor is clean and contemporary with the whole space opened up.

In the brunch menu you will find plates like Shrimp & Grits, Steak & Eggs, Bananas Foster pancakes, Fried green tomato benedict, The Cure, Ham benedict or Chilaquiles. Some sandwiches are also available such as the Peacemaker, the Fried Chicken Po' Boy or the Breakfast Burger. This brunch menu also includes sides like single pancake, 2 eggs any style, creole fries, yogurt parfait, grilled bread or seasonal fruit bowl.
