From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the restaurant's unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes. This cool place offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Joule’s brunch features monthly rotating themed buffet to enjoy along with a choice of dishes from the menu.

The $19 includes buffet and one dish from kitchen. The menu includes bread, Revel breakfast, French toast, Grits, Omelet, Hash, Pancake, Porchetta, Waffle and Steak. To accompany these meals some beverages are available like Joule bloody mary, sweet freedom or kinetics.
