Brunch Dosi

Dosi is one of the last brunch opened in Houston and among these new openers it is certainly a successful one. The place itself is beautiful and the decoration is very nice.

Their take on the brunch is quite original but it’s well done. That’s the principal reason of this success. Chicken and waffles are everywhere in this menu, but chicken-fried quail and waffles with sorghum redeye gravy and a little side salad with Aleppo pepper vinaigrette is most certainly not. Another great meal is the Huckleberry French toast that's been amped up with roasted shards of coconut and crystallized ginger. Those are just two of the dishes from a menu that seems to be very qualitative for most of it.

If you want a brand new brunch experience, Dosi must be your choice!
